Import Stock from Excel

Upload a simple Excel file to add or remove stock. No separate Article, Color or Size columns are required. These are automatically read from the SKU.

How to create your Excel file
1. Create an Excel sheet with these columns:
TYPESKUQUANTITY
IN1001-BLACK-S100
OUT1001-BLACK-S20
IN = Add Stock    OUT = Remove Stock
2. SKU must follow: ARTICLE-COLOR-SIZE
Example: 1001-BLACK-S → Article 1001, Color BLACK, Size S
3. Date is optional. If you do not add a Date column, today's date will be used automatically.
Optional Date column: If you want different dates, use Date | Type | SKU | Quantity.

Supported: .xlsx, .xls and .csv   •   You can mix IN and OUT rows in the same file.

Clear All Stock

This will permanently remove every transaction from the shared database.
